Maintenance

Services

Meetings

Organise Annual General Meetings (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM), Strata Committee Meetings (SCM), and any other necessary meetings.
Send the agenda, financial statement, and minutes to each owner.
Provide a budget estimate for the upcoming year.
Make recommendations on the amount of contribution levies for both the administrative fund and the capital work fund.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to owners.

Financial Services

Provide cash management report to the strata committee.
Create and send special levies, BAS, and Income Tax returns.
Provide end-of-month and end-of-year rollovers.
Provide a detailed financial report to the Treasurer and conduct a meeting to review financials.
Pay accounts and outgoings on behalf of the strata scheme.

Insurance

Competitive insurance quotes are provided to the Strata Committee to ensure that the scheme is insured correctly and in line with the building valuation.
Services include insurance claims lodgement, renewal, and arranging building valuation.
